IT Staffing Account Manager/Recruiter - Toronto/GTA

Job Description:
TekSource Canada is currently seeking a IT Staffing Account Manager to
join our fast growing team selling technical recruiting services in
Toronto, Mississauga and the GTA.

Candidates MUST have prior direct sales experience in the IT staffing
and recruiting fields. Only candidates with 3+ years minimum
experience in these specific field will be contacted

Background & Experience:
- A desire to sell IT recruiting services (including prospecting,
setting new meetings with potential customers, building strong long
term business relationships)
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience selling and recruiting for IT stafing services
- Proven track record of sales and meeting quotas
- A strong network of contacts and industry resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory

What we provide:
- Excellent base salary and commission plan with an expected total
income of 130-175K
- Expense account including BlackBerry/Cell phone, mileage and meal
allowance
- Ability to work from home most of the time
