Senior Project Manager

Location: Calgary
Duration: 2 years
Responsibilities will include:
- Development and maintenance of a common project plan
including work items/tasks, milestones and resources required. The
Rational
Unified Process (RUP) is the standard process used for all Client
software
development projects
- Ensuring that deadlines, milestones and work items
are
completed as required through coordination with working teams and
individuals charged with executing specific elements of the work
required.
- Management and monitoring of project budgets.
- Coordinate the identification and management of
issues and
risks.
- Regular project status updates to the Steering
Committee on
milestones, resources, budget/cost and key issues for resolution as
well as
risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as lead/mentor for members of the project team
(s).
