Recruiters/Researchers (Perm)
The Job:
Recruiter will execute a process for placement of suitable candidates. The
activities will include, but not be limited to:
Work with company personnel to implement winning strategies in recruiting
quality candidates
Receive job order from Account Manager(s) and locate candidate(s) for assigned
job order
Adds resumes to Corporate Candidate Database
Process Candidate for Job Order via Candidate Submission process
Strengthen corporate visibility and increase overall revenue growth

Requirements:
Able to learn
Great communication skills
Desire to learn
Need to pick up the phone and learn some real head-hunting skills
Opportunity to learn both Client and Candidate side of this business.
