Job Description:

Staffing Services Division of Calian is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a dynamic team in our very busy
corporate head office. As a member of Calian’s successful SSD Team, you will have the opportunity to take your

best candidates from information technology and professional services industries.

To maintain our quest to be the best, our Recruiters research the recruiting industry through trade magazines, news
media, web resources etc., identifying industry trends and best practices.

Specific responsibilities will include:

- Work with their Account Executive partners to clearly understand the customer's requirements and to effectively
recruit candidates that match those requirements.
- Implementation of Calian’s recruiting policies and practices to attract and retain qualified human resources both for
current requirements and for talent pool building purposes.
- Managing the business relationship with placed candidates.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Two years of demonstrated resourcing (sales or recruiting) experience, preferably in a technical (IT, ERP,
telecommunications engineering or manufacturing) environment.
- Highly proficient with office automation tools (MS Office) as well as internet and various databases both internal and
external.
- One year of experience with Request for Proposal (RFP) bid processes.

Education Requirements:
Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
