We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic full lifecycle technical
recruiter to provide recruiting support and sourcing. This includes
recruiting for a variety of positions both technical and non-
technical
within Software, IT and Consulting environments. As a full lifecycle
recruiter, this individual will be responsible for sourcing,
qualifying and prescreening candidates, salary negotiations, and
assist with the processing of employment offers. The recruiter will
also be responsible for interfacing with hiring managers to create a
staffing plan, post positions, prescreen and interview candidates,
assist in offer preparation and track candidates in the applicant
tracking system.
