We are currently expanding our IT and Finance recruitment practice and
looking for Recruiters with experience in contract and permanent placements.
As a recruiter you will be searching and finding senior professionals
through direct contacts and utilizing various databases, interviewing and
selecting quality candidates for various organizations.

The incumbent must:

a.. Have minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment industry
b.. Experience in direct headhunting and cold calling
c.. Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
d.. Have passion for sales
e.. Have superb organization and planning skills
f.. Maintain integrity at all time
g.. Be honest with all parties
h.. Proven track record in recruitment/ sales
i.. A strong team player
j.. Be assertive and result oriented
k.. Be detailed oriented
l.. Have industry network
m.. Have experience in using computer, Internet and contact management
system, MS Word and Excel sheets
n.. Have ability to maintain high quality and standards of VTRAC' s
services and processes
