General responsibilites include:
- Preparing and posting job opportunities
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Liaising and negotiating with candidates
- Marketing and branding TekSource Canada to candidates
- Building a candidate resource pool
- Matching and closing qualified candidates with open client
requirements
- Developing creative ways to attract and recruit IT professionals

Must Have:
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in the field of IT Recruiting
- Experience recruiting for Federal Government and private sector
clients
- Excellent knowledge of IT trends and technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to
work independently
- Strong negotiation skills
- A strong work ethic, integrity and willingness to do what it takes
to get the job done

Nice To Have:
- Experience recruiting for Management Consultants for private sector
or crown corporation clients
- Bilingualism is considered an asset

Education:
Degree or diploma from a university/college/CEGEP/vocational or
technical training institution.
