Duties:

· Gather requirements, design and code the systems our business needs
to grow
· Work with the project and business managers to prioritize work and
communicate progress
· Help build the development team, processes, tools and environment

Experience

· 3-4 years PHP development
· 3-4 years experience with MySQL
· Solid database
· 3-4 years experience with other web-based technologies such as
JavaScript, ActionScript and AJAX
· Administrative experience with both UNIX and Windows
· GREAT communication skills
